EFAST owners, Lauren and Ryan Evans, have years of experience as professional coaches and high level athletes. Both were former NCAA Division I endurance athletes and Ryan is the current head coach for swimming and diving at Illinois State University. Since establishing EFAST in 2013, they have helped hundreds of athletes achieve their fitness goals.
EFAST does not use cookie cutter templates or AI to generate our training plans. Rather, they work hard to cultivate a strong coach/athlete relationship with every client, so they can provide the best training for each individual.
Lauren and Ryan have five children, so they understand the importance of balancing life and training. Their coaching takes into account your life situation and performance goals and works with you to help you achieve your best result.
