EFAST was founded in 2013 by Ryan and Lauren Evans. They had a vision to provide quality coaching for endurance athletes in the Reno, Nevada area and beyond. Now calling Incline Village home, Ryan and Lauren continue to help athletes all over the country achieve their goals.
