Ryan Evans
Owner and Coach
Ryan was born and raised in Reno, NV and now enjoys living on the shores of Lake Tahoe with his family.
He has been involved in the fitness industry for 20+ years through competing, coaching, producing running events, and managing a running store. Since 2013, he has helped several EFAST athletes achieve their athletic goals.
Ryan coached collegiate swimming at the NCAA Division I level at the University of Kansas and University of New Mexico. In addition, he was the head coach at the University of Mary, a Division II school in Bismarck, North Dakota.
From 2018 - 2021, Ryan was the head coach of Reno Aquatic Club. During his time leading the team, he developed an Olympic Trials qualifier and several nationally ranked swimmers.
He earned a swim scholarship at the University of Iowa and graduated in 2009. During his time as a Hawkeye, Ryan was voted team captain his senior season.
He has competed in multiple open water races, running events, ultramarathons, and triathlons including the Ironman World Championships in St. George, Utah.
